Seawolves headed to 4th straight Conference Championship!

Stony Brook began Saturday’s semi-final game against the #4 team in the conference, Lebanon Valley Dutchman with perhaps their slowest start of the season. After falling into a 2-0 deficit early in the first period, forward Jt Hall netted the first goal for the Seawolves on the power play to put Stony Brook within one going into the second period.
Come the second period the Seawolves took control of the game scoring six unaswered goals throughout the rest of the game. Leading the way with the scoring was Forward, Sam Brewster with a hatrick, forward Ryan Cotcamp with a beauty of a breakaway goal and rookie defenseman frank sherding with a shot from the point on the power play. Stony Brook went on to defeat Lebanon Valley 6-3. The seawolves will play in their fourth consecutive league championship tomorrow at 3:00 pm against the University of Delaware
