After two big wins last weekend against divisional opponent the University of Rhode Island, Stony Brook will host another division rival, Rutgers University this weekend. Stony Brook goes into this weekend with a 24-5 record and is currently ranked 5th in the country and 1st in their division. The puck drops this Friday night at 9 pm and Saturday night at 8:30 pm. Prior to the game on Friday will be the Alumni Game at 7 pm. Friday will also be a fundraiser for the Chris Panatier and Anthony Fronzoni Scholarship Funds. Both Chris and Anthony were former players and Captains of the team. Chris passed away in the World Trade Center on 9/11 and Anthony passed away on October 1, 2006 in a tragic car accident. Saturday night’s game will be Sachem School Night. All games are played at the Rinx in Hauppauge, 660 Terry Rd. Come down and cheer on the Seawolves!
