This upcoming weekend the #5 ranked Seawolves face off against their toughest opponent yet this year as the #2 ranked Arizona State University Sun Devils roll into Long Island for a weekend series at The Rinx. The last meeting between these two teams was last year in the semi-final game at the 2014 national championship tournament. The game was one of the best games at the entire tournament, but the Sun Devil’s would prevail and defeat the Seawolves 4-3. The Sun Devils would go on to claim the National Championship ring by defeating Robert Morris IL. This weekend the Seawolves seek payback and an extension to their 9 game winning streak.
Saturday’s game at 8:30 PM will have a fundraiser for the Wounded Warrior Project, please donate to this great cause at the ticket counter.
Sunday’s game starts at 3:30 PM and the Seawolves will be collecting new, unwrapped toys at the ticket counter for Stony Brook University Children’s Hospital. Any fan who brings a toy will receive free admission to the game.
All games are played at The Rinx in Hauppauge, 660 Terry Road.
